The customer has approved all specifications of furniture ordered: model, dimensions, material, type of wood, colors, choice of backing and selection of handles.

A custom order contains products which we do not keep in stock. Thus, it is impossible to cancel a custom order once it has been filled and submitted to production. Also, no custom-made product can be returned for credit.

To prevent errors, we do not take orders over the phone. Orders must be confirmed by fax and accompanied by a sketch within 48 hours of receiving any written requests.

Mobilier Boomrang will keep full ownership of sold goods until full payment by the buyer.

Manufacturing lead time from 2 to 8 weeks.
Expect 4 to 6 weeks for melamine furniture orders.
Expect 8 to 12 weeks for wood furniture orders.

The seller's responsibility in case of damage or claim made by the buyer or any other parties is limited to the sales price of the merchandise ordered.

The buyer will have ten (10) days beginning on the date of delivery or pick up to inform the seller in writing of any defects in the sold merchandise quality or quantity. After this ten (10) day period, the buyer will be deemed satisfied with the sold merchandise and will be precluded from raising any defects regarding the merchandise.

Merchandise sold is guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the delivery date.

A fixed five (5) year warranty applies to the wall bed mechanism.
However, this warranty will not apply if wall bed is installed by the customer or by an installer who is not part of Mobilier Boomrang's approved installers.
